浮针疗法治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Floating Needle in Treating Acute Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨浮针治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法电脑随机纳入60例急性期腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者,每组30例。治疗组给予浮针治疗,对照组给予普通针刺治疗。分别于治疗前后采用PRI指数、VAS评分评估腰椎疼痛,脊柱训练评估系统检测腰椎活动度,以及观察治疗前后2组临床疗效。结果2组治疗前PRI、VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3个疗程后,2组PRI、VAS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组变化较对照组显著(P<0.05);2组治疗前后腰椎各向活动度均有改善,治疗后比较,治疗组在改善腰椎前屈后伸、左右旋转方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率93.33%(28/30)高于对照组76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05)。结论浮针可减轻急性期LDH患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical study of floating needle in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with acute lumbar disc herniation were randomly selected by computer,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with floating needle,and the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture.PRI index and VAS score were used to evaluate the lumbar pain before and after treatment,and the range of motion of lumbar spine was detected by tergumed system,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment was observed.Results There were no significant differences in the PRI and VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 courses of treatment,the PRI and VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the change of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Lumbar motion in all directions of the two groups was improved before and after treatment.Compared with the control group after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of lumbar forward flexion,extension and rotation(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of the control group 76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05).Conciusion Floating needle can relieve the pain of LDH patients in acute stage,improve the lumbar function and the clinical therapeutic effect.
