温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Warming Needle Moxibustion in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的针对温针灸疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)临床治疗的可行性开展研究论证。方法将在江苏省阜宁县人民医院2019年1月-2020年1月接受临床干预的60例KOA患者采取随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组。对照组开展常规针刺治疗,研究组患者则实施温针灸治疗,比较2组患者接受干预后的临床疗效差异,并研判临床干预对患者骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分的影响。结果30例研究组患者采取干预后总有效率达到96.67%,优于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗前2组WOMAC评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),接受治疗后研究组WOMAC量表各维度得分均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论KOA患者采取温针灸治疗可行性较好,治疗后患者疼痛、关节僵硬以及日常活动难度会明显改善,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To study and demonstrate the feasibility of warming needing moxibustion therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 60 KOA patients who received clinical intervention in Funing County People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into study group and control group by random number table method.The control group received routine acupuncture treatment,while the study group received warming needing moxibustion therapy.The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared,and the influence of clinical intervention on WOMAC score of patients was judged.Results The total effective rate of 30 patients in the study group reached 96.67%after intervention,which was better than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in WOMAC scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of WOMAC scales in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conciusion Warm needing moxibustion is feasible for KOA patients.After treatment,the pain,joint stiffness and difficulty of daily activities will be significantly improved.It is recommended to be widely used in clinic.
