经方六经辨证治疗过敏性鼻炎临床体会

Clinical Experienceon Classical Prescription Syndrome Differentiation of Six Channels Theory in Treating Allergic Rhinitis

近年来,随着空气污染问题越来越严重,导致过敏性鼻炎的患者人数呈逐年增长的趋势。过敏性鼻炎也成为耳鼻喉科的常见病及难治病之一,通常的治疗措施即抗过敏疗法,效果显著,但停药后易复发,严重影响了患者的身心健康和正常生活。现代医学认为本病的发生与先天禀赋不足和后天接触致敏相关。作者认为该病症属于中医六经的范畴,多以太阳阳明合病、太阳太阴合病、太阳少阳合病呈现,临床上运用经方六经思维辨治过敏性鼻炎取得良好效果。以期探索经方治疗过敏性鼻炎的新思路。

In recent years,as the air pollution problem has become more and more serious,the number of patients with allergic rhinitis has been increasing year by year.Allergic rhinitis has also become one of the common diseases and refractory diseases in otolaryngology.The usual treatment is anti-allergic therapy,which has a significant effect,but it is easy to relapse after stopping the drug,which seriously affects the patient’s physical and mental health and normal life.Modern medicine believes that the occurrence of this disease is related to insufficient congenital endowment and acquired sensitization.The author believes that the disease belongs to the category of the six classics of traditional Chinese medicine.It is mostly manifested as taiyang yangming syndrome,taiyang taiyin syndrome,and taiyang shaoyang syndrome.Clinically,the six classics thinking of classic prescriptions has been used to diagnose and treat allergic rhinitis and achieve good results.In order to explore new ideas for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
