瞀闷的病机诊治探析

Analysis on the Pathogenesis and Diagnosis of Maomen

目的阐述瞀闷的病机、治疗方法和临证经验。方法从《说文解字》《黄帝内经》及《类经》等经文中解释瞀闷的病机,从《黄帝内经》《医林改错》等经文及病机演变中探寻瞀闷的治疗方法。结果瞀闷的病机为肝气郁滞与胸中血瘀,治疗方法为疏肝活血,最常见的兼证为肝火上炎。结论瞀闷的治疗方剂应选用血府逐瘀汤,但瞀闷仍需与心热鉴别诊断,且临床中血府逐瘀汤的药物应根据病情加减应用。

Objective To describe the pathogenesis,treatment and clinical experience of Maomen.Methods The pathogenesis of Maomen was explained from Shuowen Jiezi,Huangdi Neijing and Lei Jing,and the treatment methots of Maomen were explored from the evolution of scriptures and pathogenesis such as Huangdi Neijing and Yilin Gaicuo.Results The pathogenesis of Maomen was stagnation of liver qi and blood stasis in the chest.The treatment method was to soothe the liver and activate blood circulation.Conciusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction should be used for the treatment of Maomen,but Maomen still needs to be differentiated from heart heat,and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction should be added or subtracted according to the condition in clinic.
