摘要
目的观察民族药蓝刺头对去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠体质量时序性变化、子宫组织形态及骨组织骨密度(BMD)的影响。方法建模分组后,用蓝刺头、强骨胶囊和己烯雌酚分别灌胃作用模型大鼠90 d,观察比较各组体质量时序性变化、骨密度、子宫病理学计量情况。结果与模型组比较,适当剂量的蓝刺头能增加离体股骨骨密度;能有效抑制去势骨质疏松模型鼠体质量过快过高增长;能显著改善大鼠去卵巢对于子宫的影响,子宫肌全层明显增厚,内膜腺体内部的直径明显增大,内膜腺体腔内面积所占视野百分比明显增大,内膜上皮深度明显增大(P<0.05)。结论蓝刺头具有提高去势大鼠BMD作用,对其有明显的治疗作用;一定程度上抑制了雌激素缺乏导致的子宫功能丧失,从而在骨量维持方面发挥重要作用。从客观检测指标上验证了蓝刺头在防治绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)的同时,可以有效避免雌激素替代疗法对子宫所带来的严重不良影响,为传统民族医药防治PMOP提供了理论依据。
Objective To observe the effect of ethnic medicine echinops on the body weight,uterine morphology and bone mineral density(BMD)in ovariectomized osteoporosis rats.Methods After modeling and grouping,the model rats were treated by intragastric administration of echinops,Qianggu capsule and diethylstilbestrol respectively for 90 days,and the sequential changes of body weight,bone mineral density and uterine pathological measurement of each group were observed and compared.Results Compared with the model group,the bone mineral density of femur in vitro was increased by the appropriate dose of echinops.It can effectively inhibit the excessive weight growth of ovariectomized osteoporosis model rats.It can significantly improve the effect of ovariectomy on the uterus.The whole layer of uterine muscle was significantly thickened,the inner diameter of endometrial gland was significantly increased,the percentage of endometrial gland cavity area in the visual field is significantly increased,and the depth of endometrial epithelium was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conciusion Echinops can improve BMD in ovariectomized rats,and has obvious therapeutic effect on it.To a certain extent,it can inhibit the loss of uterine function caused by estrogen deficiency,which plays an important role in maintaining bone mass.From the objective detection index,it is verified that the blue thorn head can effectively avoid the serious adverse effects of estrogen replacement therapy on the uterus while preventing and treating PMOP,which provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of PMOP by traditional ethnic medicine.
