祛腐生新理论在糖尿病慢性难愈性创面的应用进展

Progress inthe Application of the Theory of Preventing Delayed Wound Healing of Old Anal Fissure in Treating Chronic Diabetic Wounds

糖尿病慢性难愈性创面是糖尿病患者常见的、严重的并发症,也是当前临床亟待解决的热点难题。基于糖尿病慢性难愈性创面“邪气致瘀,瘀阻伤正,化腐致损”的中医病机,在“祛腐生新”理论指导下,针对“虚、瘀、毒、腐”4个环节,总结并探讨其主要的治疗理念以及相应治疗方法,旨在为糖尿病慢性难愈性创面的治疗提供有效中医思路,为进一步治疗糖尿病慢性难愈性创面提供中医依据。

Diabetes chronic and refractory wounds are a common and serious complication in diabetic patients,and are also a hot topic that needs to be resolved urgently in clinical practice.This article is based on the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of“exhaustion,blood stasis,and decay-induced damage”on chronic diabetic wounds.Under the guidance of the theory of“preventing delayed wound healing of old anal fissure”,it focuses on the four“deficiency,blood stasis,poison and decay”.This section summarizes and discusses its main treatment concepts and corresponding treatment methods,aiming to provide effective traditional Chinese medicine ideas for the treatment of chronic and refractory urinary wounds,and to provide traditional Chinese medicine basis for the further treatment of chronic refractory diabetic wounds.
