特殊医学用途婴儿配方乳粉营养素稳定性研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了特殊医学用途婴儿配方奶粉在加速试验状态下,配方中营养素成分的稳定性情况。结果表明,特医配方奶粉经加速储藏试验(37℃,RH75%)6个月,宏量营养素、大部分维生素和矿物质基本无衰减,但维生素A、维生素D、泛酸、碘、硒有不同程度的衰减。通过对特殊医学用途婴儿配方奶粉中营养素衰减率的研究,为营养素强化量设计等提供重要参考。 The purpose of this study was to realize the variation Special Formula using accelerated stability tests.Special Formula was stored at 37℃for 6 months.The results showed that the macronutrients,most vitamins and minerals were stable,but vitamin A,vitamin D,pantothenic acid,iodine and selenium decreased during accelerated storage.The study of Special Formula can provide guidance for formula design.
