摘要
多束litz线常被用于高速电机中,以减小因趋肤效应和邻近效应所带来的交流损耗,但这种导线构造同时带来了电机内部热阻的增大。为了提高高速电机的可靠性,在设计阶段要求准确的热评估,因此多束litz线导热系数的计算至关重要。引入瞬态平面热源(TPS)热常数分析仪用于本文15组多束litz线导热系数的测试,该仪器具有较高的精度,且能实现样件多个主轴方向导热系数的同时测试。将测试数据与生产厂家提供的样件热参数数据和理论方法计算数据进行对比,相对误差小于仪器设定的最大允许误差,认为测试数据精确可靠。该测试方法能为高速电机的优化设计提供技术支撑。
Multi-bundles litz wires are often used in high-speed motors to reduce the AC loss caused by the skin effect and proximity effect,but this wire structure also increases the internal thermal resistance of the motor.In order to improve the reliability of high-speed motors,accurate thermal evaluation is required in the design stage,so the calculation of thermal conductivity of multi-bundle litz wires is crucial.A transient planar heat source(TPS)thermal constant analyzer is introduced to test the thermal conductivity of 15 sets of multi-bundles litz wires in this paper,the instrument has high precision and can simultaneously test the thermal conductivity of multiple main axes of the sample.The test data is compared with theoretical method calculation data and sample thermal parameter data provided by the manufacturer.The relative error value is less than the maximum allowable error set by the instrument,and the test data is considered accurate and reliable.This test method can provide technical support for the optimal design of high-speed motors.
