摘要
阿尔茨海默病是痴呆中最常见的类型。PET-CT是目前AD早期诊断最有效的、公认的方法,但价格昂贵且操作繁琐,不易临床广泛使用。Aβ蛋白及tau蛋白的病理改变为AD的早期事件,但其生物标志物与痴呆严重程度之间的相关性较弱。神经突触缺失被认为是AD早期病理生理改变的结局事件,脑电图可实时监测大脑突触功能,可作为监测AD的电生理标记物。本文旨在对脑电图在阿尔兹海默病的应用及研究现状进行综述。
Alzheimer's disease is the most common of dementia,and there is a lack of effective early diagnosis.Pathophysiological changes in Aβand Tau proteins were early events of AD,but the correlation between their biomarkers and the severity of dementia was weak.Synaptic loss is proved to be the outcome event of early pathophysiological changes in AD.EEG can monitor the function of brain synapses in real time and serve as an electrophysiological marker of AD.The purpose of this paper is to review the application and research progress of EEG in Alzheimer's disease.
