“三全育人”背景下高职院校心理健康教育工作创新实践

Innovative Practice of Mental Health Education in Vocational Colleges Under the Background of “All-round Education”

文章通过开展高职院校心理育人工作现状分析,立足于“三全育人”理念以及工作实际,提出高职院校在建设过程中应当关注的一些重要问题,以及采取的心理健康教育工作思路和创新方法,力求构建形成全员育人模式,基于不同的心理健康教育方法来达到全过程育人的要求以及全方面育人的目标,为学生提供健康成长的土壤,最终促进大学生成才,在未来社会建设中作出应有的贡献。

Through the analysis of the current situation of psychological education in higher vocational colleges,based on the concept of “all-round education” and the actual work,the paper puts forward some important issues that should be paid attention to in the construction of higher vocational colleges.The ideas and innovative methods of mental health education are proposed in oder to build a mode of all-staff education,meet the requirements of whole-process education and the goal of all-aspect education based on different methods of mental health education.Thus students can be provided with the soil for healthy growth,which will ultimately promote them to become talents,and make due contributions to the future social construction.
