摘要
幼儿教师在和幼儿、家长、同事、领导的相处中进行高强度情绪劳动,出现情绪耗竭、职业倦怠等消极现象。为此,文章围绕幼儿教师情绪劳动,探讨其根本内涵,以及当前所遇困境,然后提出幼儿教师情绪劳动的提升策略:加强情绪培养课程,职前职后有效衔接;定期评估情绪状态,提供适当心理干预;加强社会外在支持,增强教师职业认同。
Preschool teachers are engaged in intense emotional work with children,parents,colleagues and leaders,resulting in negative phenomena such as emotional exhaustion and burnout.This paper focuses on the emotional labor of preschool teachers,exploring its fundamental connotations and identifying the current dilemmas.Several strategies are proposed to improve emotional labor.Firstly,emotional development programs should be strengthened to provide an effective link between pre-service and post-service.Secondly,emotional states should be assessed regularly and appropriate psychological interventions should be provided.Thirdly,external social support should be strengthened to enhance teachers’ professional identity.
