摘要
文章以体育与健康(水平四)九年级《双脚交替竞速跳绳》课堂教学为例,通过智能运动手环对学生课堂运动数据进行监测,以检验“学练赛评”一体化精准课堂教学的科学性和实效性。研究结果表明:“学练赛评”一体化课堂教学能引导学生在充分动起来的过程中享受运动乐趣,形成丰富的运动体验,同时,采用智能设备辅助观测“学练赛评”一体化教学方略,能帮助学生养成科学的锻炼习惯,促使体育教师更新教学观念,优化教学内容,创新教学过程,使课堂教学更加科学规范。
The paper,taking the classroom teaching of “Speed Jumping Rope with Alternate Double Feet” in Grade 9 of Sports and Health(Level 4) as an example,monitors the students’ sports data in class through the smart sports bracelet to test the scientificity and effectiveness of the integrated classroom teaching of “learning,training,competition and evaluation”.The results show that the integrated classroom teaching of “learning,training,competition and evaluation” can guide students to enjoy sports fun and form rich sports experience in the process of fully “moving”.At the same time,the observation of this integrated teaching strategy by using smart equipments can help students develop a scientific exercise habit,urge PE teachers to update teaching concepts,optimize teaching content,innovate teaching process,and make classroom teaching more scientific and standardized.
