探讨产妇母乳喂养自我效能及母婴依恋的相关因素分析

To explore the correlation factors between maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy and maternal infant attachment

目的 探讨和分析产妇母乳喂养自我效能及母婴依恋的相关因素。方法 选取70例分娩产妇,根据产妇母乳喂养自我效能评分的高低分为自我效能低组(评分<35分,38例)与自我效能高组(评分>35分,32例)。对比两组产妇年龄、产次、母乳喂养信念评分、母婴依恋评分及是否自感母乳充足。结果 自我效能低组产妇年龄、母乳喂养信念评分、母婴依恋评分及自感母乳充足率低于自我效能高组,自我效能低组产妇产次为1次率高于自我效能高组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示:年龄、产次、母乳喂养信念、母婴依恋、是否自感母乳充足是影响母乳喂养自我效能的相关因素。结论 母婴依恋是影响产妇母乳喂养自我效能的重要因素之一,临床可采用有效措施促进母婴依恋,将能提升产妇母乳喂养自我效能和母乳喂养率。

Objective To explore and analyze the correlation factors of maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy and maternal infant attachment. Methods 70 parturients were selected and divided into low self-efficacy group(score<35 points, 38 cases) and high self-efficacy group(score>35 points, 32 cases) according to their breastfeeding self-efficacy scores. The maternal age, parity,breastfeeding belief score, maternal and infant attachment score and whether the two groups self-reported breast milk adequacy were compared. Results The maternal age, breastfeeding belief score, maternal and infant attachment score and self-perceived breast milk adequacy rate of the low self-efficacy group were lower than those of the high self-efficacy group, and the parturient parity rate of the low self-efficacy group was higher than that of the high self-efficacy group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that age, parity, breast-feeding belief, maternal and infant attachment, and selfperception of breast-feeding adequacy were the related factors affecting breast-feeding self-efficacy. Conclusion Maternal infant attachment is one of the important factors that affect maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy. Effective measures can be taken to promote maternal infant attachment, which will improve maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy and breastfeeding rate.
