优质护理在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of high quality nursing in pregnant-induced high pregnancy hemorrhage

目的 分析优质护理在妊娠期高血压综合征(妊高症)产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果。方法 选取96例妊高症产妇为研究对象,将其根据随机数字表法分为A组与B组,各48例。A组实施常规护理,B组实施优质护理,两组均从产前护理至分娩完成,比较两组产妇的血压、产后出血及新生儿情况。结果 两组护理前收缩压、舒张压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);产后24 h,B组收缩压、舒张压水平均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组产后2、24 h出血量(127.65±36.34)、(179.53±32.32)ml均少于A组(158.69±45.10)、(206.61±44.78)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组新生儿1、5 min Apgar评分均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿10 min Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 妊高症产妇围生期行优质护理,可降低血压、产后出血量,提升新生儿质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in pregnant-induced high pregnancy hemorrhage.Methods 96 pregnant women with hypertension were selected as subjects and randomly divided into group A and group B, 48patients in each group. Group A received routine nursing, group B received high-quality nursing, both groups from prenatal care to delivery, compared the maternal blood pressure, postpartum bleeding, neonatal quality. Results There was no significant difference in the level of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).24 h after delivery, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in group B were better than those in group A, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Postpartum 2 and 24 h blood loss in group B(127.65±36.34) and(179.53±32.32) ml was less than that in group A(158.69±45.10) and(206.61±44.78) ml, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Apgar scores in 1 and 5 min in group B were higher than those in group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in 10 min Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Perinatal nursing for women with pregnancy induced hypertension can reduce blood pressure, postpartum hemorrhage and improve the quality of newborns.
