手术配合护理在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中的效果探究

Study on the effect of operation and nursing in laparoscopic total hysterectomy

目的 探究腹腔镜全子宫切除手术中实施手术配合护理的效果。方法 选取60例腹腔镜全子宫切除手术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组实施积极的手术配合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组手术时间、术后排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度93.33%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 积极的手术配合护理在实施腹腔镜全子宫切除手术的患者护理中,可以较为有效缓解患者心理压力,保障护理质量,患者护理满意度和护理依从性更高,患者护理后的生活状态均有所提升,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of operation coordination nursing in laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods 60 patients with total laparoscopic hysterectomy were selected as the study object, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing mode, and the observation group received active surgical nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The operation time, postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33% higher than that of the control group 66.67%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The life quality score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Active operation cooperation nursing can effectively relieve the psychological pressure of patients during the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy, and ensure the quality of nursing.Patients’ satisfaction and compliance with nursing care are higher, and their living conditions after nursing care are improved, which is worth promoting.
