基于Bibliometrix的压力感受性反射文献计量可视化分析

Bibliometri-based visual analysis of baroreceptor reflex

目的分析近10年压力感受性反射的研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为该领域的研究工作提供思路和参考。方法利用R语言的Bibliometrix软件对Web of Science核心数据库2011~2020年压力感受性反射相关的文献从发文量、发文期刊、发文国家、发文机构、关键词、文献被引频次等方面进行定量和可视化分析。结果2011~2020年共检出829篇文献。近10年间该领域的发文量基本平稳,年发文量维持在80篇左右。发文最多的期刊有AM J PHYSIOL-REG I、AM J PHYSIOL-HEART C、FRONT PHYSIOL。主要发文机构为圣保罗大学、米兰大学和日本国家心脑血管中心。高产出国家前5位分别是美国、巴西、日本、意大利、中国。出现频次最高的关键词主要有血压、敏感性、心率变异度、心率等。结论压力感受性反射研究领域的文献质量有待进一步提高。压力感受性反射刺激疗法治疗难治性高血压等心血管疾病仍是目前该领域研究的热点和难点,应继续加强在此研究方面的投入。

Objective To analyze the current research status,hot spots,and development trends of the arterial baroreflex in the past year and provide ideas and references for research in this field.Methods Bibliometrix software was used to quantitatively and visually analyze the documents related to baroreflex in the Web of Science database from 2011 to 2020 in terms of the number of publications,the publication period,the publication country,and the publication organization,the keywords,and the frequency of literature citations.Results A total of 829 documents were detected from 2011 to 2020.In the past ten years,the number of articles published in this field has been stable,and the annual number of articles published has remained at around 80.The most published journals are AM J PHYSIOL-REG I,AM J PHYSIOL-HEART C,and FRONT PHYSIOL.The leading publishing institutions are the University of Sao Paulo,the University of Milan,and Japan's National Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Center.The top 5 countries in terms of publication volume are the United States,Brazil,Japan,Italy,and China.The most frequent keywords are blood pressure,sensitivity,heart rate variability,heart rate,etc.Conclusion The quality of the literature on stress perception needs to be further improved.Baroreflex Activation Therapy for the treatment of refractory hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases is still a hot and challenging point of research in this field,and we should continue to strengthen investment in this research.
