轮胎硫化温度均一性的改进

摘要 研究轮胎硫化温度均一性的改进方法。结果表明,在蒸锅式硫化机外温蒸汽进口处加装周向外温盘管后,蒸锅内的平均温差由5.83℃减小为2.24℃,硫化温度均一性明显提升,成品轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能均得到提高。 The improved method for tire curing temperature uniformity was studied. The results showed that,after installing the peripheral external heating coil at the steam inlet of the steam curing press,the average temperature difference in the steamer was reduced from 5. 83 ℃ to 2. 24 ℃,and the curing temperature uniformity was obviously improved. As a result,the durability and high-speed performance of the finished tire were improved.
