疆内焦煤资源最大化利用的配煤创新实践

Innovative Practice of Coal Blending in Maximizing the Utilization of Coking Coal Resources in Xinjiang

文章介绍了在保证焦炭质量前提下,通过小焦炉、工业焦炉开展炉孔试验,并利用主焦煤性价比模型分析,改变工艺条件,加强工艺技术管理等措施,扩大炼焦煤资源,提高疆内低品质焦煤应用炼焦生产比例,从而降低铁水成本,提升公司效益。

On the premise of ensuring the quality of coke,this paper introduces the measures such as carrying out hole tests in small coke ovens and industrial coke ovens,analyzing the cost-performance ratio model of main coking coal,changing process conditions and strengthening process technology management,to expand coking coal resources and increase the proportion of coking production of low-quality coking coal in Xinjiang,thus reducing the cost of molten iron and improving the company’s benefits.
