摘要
文章介绍了八钢公司转炉煤气加压风机原有轴密封装置,因结构缺陷造成现场维修人员施工难度大,耗时费力,且安装质量难以保证。经过对转炉煤气加压风机轴密封装置结构进行优化设计改造,不仅提高了维修时的安装效率,更有效避免了密封压盖碰磨跳机事故、骨架油封受压偏斜漏煤气事故以及骨架油封高温烧损大量煤气泄漏事故。
This paper introduces the original shaft sealing device of converter gas booster fan in Bayi Steel Company.Because of the structural defects,it is difficult for on-site maintenance personnel to construct,time-consuming and laborious,and the installation quality is difficult to guarantee.By optimizing the structure of the shaft sealing device of converter gas booster fan,the installation efficiency during maintenance is improved,and the accidents of collision of the sealing gland,abrasion and tripping of the machine,gas leakage of the skeleton oil seal due to pressure deflection and a large amount of gas leakage caused by high temperature burning of the skeleton oil seal are more effectively avoided.
