This paper introduces thatthe traditional paper roll labels isupgradedto intelligent labelsin 1750 hot rolling production line of Bayi Steel,and through advanced Internet technology,5 G technology,cloud computing and other technologies,it realized automatic writing and reading of data such as roll acceptance,warehousing,delivery,detection,use,scrap,and even accident conditions.Through information management,it reduced manual entry,comprehensively improved work efficiency and reduced error rate,Reduce the use accidents caused by the wrong identification of roll system information,and promote the informatization of roll management and the intellectualization of unmanned progress.
