摘要
以某项目桥梁支座滑板挤出病害为研究对象,结合TRIZ创新理论,采用根原因分析法确定滑板挤出的问题根源是所受约束力小于所受摩擦力,明确可能产生的主要原因是整板约束力不足、摩擦副受到污染、支座位移超限、支座偏转等,并提出了改变滑板约束形式、增加密封圈、优化润滑体系、精确计算预偏量、防止偏转等解决措施,指导支座优化设计,减少滑板挤出病害的发生几率,提高产品质量可靠性。
The extrusion disease of bridge bearing sliding plate was researched, combined with the TRIZ innovation theory, the root cause analysis method was used to determine that the root cause of the problem of sliding plate extrusion was that the binding force was less than the friction force. It is clear that the possible main causes are the pollution of friction pair, bearing displacement or rotation angle overrun, bearing deflection, etc. it is proposed to change the form of sliding plate constraint, increase the sealing ring, accurately calculate the pre deflection, prevent deflection optimize the lubrication system and other solutions, guide the optimal design of the support, reduce the occurrence of sliding plate extrusion diseases, and improve the product quality reliability.
