摘要
采用面板门槛模型、空间计量模型及空间面板门槛模型研究农村信息化对农业TFP的非线性空间影响效应。研究表明,农村信息化对农业TFP具有抑制作用,存在生产率悖论;在不同空间权重条件下,农村信息化对农业TFP均产生了负向空间影响,具有回波效应;但随着农村信息化水平提高,农村信息化对农业TFP的直接抑制作用和空间回波效应均显著减弱。在充分考虑农村信息化对农业成本和农业资源禀赋的影响机制后,提出积极推进“互联网+农业”工程、统筹协调农业农村发展、完善农村基础设施配套体系的政策建议。
The nonlinear spatial impact effect of rural informatization on agricultural TFP was studied by using panel threshold model,spatial econometric model and spatial panel threshold model.The results showed:Rural informatization had an inhibitory effect on agricultural TFP(total factor productivity),with productivity paradox;under different weight matrices,rural informatization had a negative spatial impact on agricultural TFP,with"echo effect";but with the improvement of rural informatization,the direct inhibitory effect and spatial"echo effect"of rural informatization on agricultural TFP were weakened significantly.Suggestions for"Digital Village"were put forward including promoting the project of"Internet+Agriculture";coordinating the development of agriculture and rural area;improving the supporting system of rural infrastructure.
