全常压罐区VOCs尾气治理存在的问题及优化措施

摘要 某企业储运联合车间常全压装置罐区尾气先后经过除臭改造、焚烧处理改造,达到了现场无异味的管控要求,但在实际运行过程中焚烧设备运行不稳定、燃料气及资源浪费大,不满足要求。经过优化改造,实现了现场异味管控与节能减排、降本增效的有效结合,提高了企业的经济效益。 A set of"lye+diesel"absorption and deodorization system was used to collect the exhaust gas from all storage tanks,which improved the site environment.In order to further reduce VOCs odor gas emissions from the tank area,the new exhaust gas collection facilities and a set of incineration equipment(CEB-1200)were added,the tank exhaust gas collected through centrifugal fan pressure was sent to the new exhaust gas incineration equipment by pipeline for incineration treatment.After deodorization transformation and CEB-1200 incineration treatment transformation,the whole atmospheric pressure plant tank area has achieved the on-site control requirements of no odor.However,in the actual operation process,the incineration equipment CEB-1200 has unstable operation,resulting in large waste of fuel,gas and resources,which does not meet the overall requirements of energy conservation,emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency increase.After optimization,the effective combination of on-site odor control with energy conservation and emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency increase has been realized,and the economic benefits of enterprises have been improved.
