摘要
碳二加氢反应器在乙烯装置中起着举足轻重的作用,碳二物料通过碳二加氢反应器脱除乙炔,使乙烯产品满足下游聚乙烯及EO/EG装置原料加工的要求;同时乙炔加氢生成乙烯,也能实现增产乙烯的目的。某石化企业乙烯装置碳二加氢反应器更换催化剂后于2020年4月26日投用后活性和选择性快速下降。通过分析原因并进行优化实践,催化剂性能逐步得到改善,并实现了增产乙烯、增创经济效益的预期。
C_(2) hydrogenation reactor,an indispensable role in Ethylene Unit,it removes the acetylene in material,so that ethylene product can meet the requirements of feedstock processing for downstream PE and EO/EG unit.Besides,the hydrogenation of acetylene to ethylene can also produce more ethylene.BC-H-20B palladium/aluminum oxide catalyst developed by Sinopec Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry is used in the C_(2) hydrogenation reactor R40401A/B of Steam Cracker of FREP.After replacing catalyst,the reactor R40401A was put into use on April 26,2020,but the activity and selectivity decreased quickly.By analyzing the reason and optimizing the practice,the performance of the catalyst has been improved step by step,and the expectation of increasing ethylene production and creating economic benefit has been realized.
