摘要
目前对于氮污染评价缺乏宏观体系构建及政策指引。该文基于DPSIR模型从驱动力、压力、状态、影响和响应五大部分对氮污染负荷进行逻辑分析,构建了氮污染负荷评价体系。通过熵权法以佛山市为例进行了氮污染负荷评价与分析,该文建议佛山市“十四五”氮污染治理继续加大环保投资和对农业种养殖治理。该评价体系也具有跨行业和跨区域适用性,对于筛查石化行业的氮污染治理着力点具有借鉴意义。
At present,there is no macro evaluation system and policy guidance for nitrogen pollution load evaluation.In view of that,based on the DPSIR model,this paper logically analyzes the nitrogen pollution load from five parts:driving force,pressure,state,impact and responses,the evaluation system of nitrogen pollution load was constructed.Through the entropy weight method,this paper completed the evaluation and analysis of nitrogen pollution load during the"13th five year plan"period in Foshan City.Through the analysis of the nitrogen pollution load in the"13th five year plan",it is suggested that the nitrogen pollution treatment in the"14th five year plan"should be continued to increase environmental protection investment and agricultural breeding treatment.At the same time,the evaluation system also has cross industry and regional applicability,which has guiding value for screening nitrogen pollution control focus in petrochemical industry.
