深水油气阀门关键材料模拟腐蚀试验研究

摘要 深水油气阀门作为海洋油气生产系统中的核心部件,在水下作业期间,不仅需要在深水环境中承受酸性介质的冲蚀,还要在高压环境下承受海水的电化学腐蚀。通常,深水作业对深水油气阀门的使用寿命和生命周期内可靠性要求极高。以承担研制任务的深水油气阀门材料为载体,模拟深水阀门作业工况,进行水下不同材料的腐蚀试验研究。根据水下油气装备材料环境,采用“应力+腐蚀+冲刷”复合加载的方法,对不同材料进行模拟试验。对三种材料试验结果进行对比分析,为提升海洋油气装备材料的防腐性能提供了数据支持。 Deepwater valve is the core component of the offshore oil and gas production system.During underwater operation,it is necessary not only to resist the erosion of acidic medium in the deep-sea environment,but also to withstand the electrochemical corrosion of seawater in the high-pressure environment.As a result,submarine operations require a high degree of reliability over the service life and lifecycle of oil and gas valves.In the study,the corrosion test of different underwater materials was carried out by simulating the working conditions of deepwater valve;moreover,the composite method of “stress & corrosion & erosion” was adopted to conduct simulation tests on different materials.The test results of three materials were compared and analyzed,thus providing data support for improving the anti-corrosion performance of offshore oil and gas equipment materials.
