摘要
管道阴极保护系统是一种重要的管道腐蚀防护技术,在油气输送管道中被广泛应用。青海油田油气输送管道广泛分布在柴达木盆地,管道沿线人烟稀少、气候恶劣、管道巡护困难、测试难度大,阴极保护系统智能化能够有效降低测试和巡护工作量,提升阴保参数测试准确性。管道沿线环境具有盐渍土分布广泛、风沙大等特点,智能阴保系统面临信号传输要求高、长效参比电极受干燥土壤离子污染导致电位漂移大的难题。在花格输油管道试验应用了智能阴保系统,选择GPRS(通用分组无线服务技术)和北斗卫星通讯相结合方式传输数据,从而确保数据传输的稳定性;设置长效参比电极填包料以保湿和隔离土壤离子污染、增设养护管以定期浇水养护保持湿润、优选多孔陶瓷材质本体以降低渗漏,采用以上措施后,实现了抑制长效参比电极电位漂移,最终初步实现了阴保数据的自动测量、上传、分析、警示和展示功能,具有较好的推广应用价值。
Pipeline cathodic protection system is one of the important corrosion protection technologies for pipeline,which is widely used in oil and gas transmission pipelines.The oil and gas transmission pipelines of Qinghai oilfield are widely distributed in Qaidam basin.It has many deficiencies along the pipeline area,such as sparsely populated,harsh climate,difficulties in pipeline patrol and testing.The intelligent cathodic protection system can effectively reduce the workload of testing and patrol,and improve the accuracy of cathodic protection parameter testing.The environment along the pipeline area is characterized by wide distribution of saline soil and strong sandstorm.The intelligent cathodic protection system is faced with the problems of high requirements for signal transmission and large potential drift caused by long-acting reference electrode being polluted by dry soil ions.The intelligent cathodic protection system was applied in the Huage oil pipeline test,and the combination of GPRS and Beidou satellite communication was selected to transmit data,ensuring the stability of data transmission.A series of technical means were employed,long-acting reference electrode packing material was set to isolate soil ion from pollution,maintenance pipelines were added to keep moisture by regular watering,and the porous ceramic material body was preferred to reduce leakage,thus inhibiting potential drift of long-acting reference electrode.The functions of automatic measurement,upload,analysis,warning and display of cathodic protection data have been preliminarily realized,which has good promotion and application value.
