新工科背景下民族院校新能源专业应用型人才培养模式研究

Research on the Cultivation Mode of Applied Talents of New Energy Majors in Ethnic Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Engineering

新工科建设的主要内涵包括工程教育的新理念、人才培养的新模式、学科专业的新结构、教育教学的新质量、分类发展的新体系等诸多方面,这就要求高校努力适应新特点,构建适应时代发展要求的人才培养结构体系。本文在分析国内外应用型人才培养现状的基础上,深入探讨新工科背景下应用型人才培养的作用和意义,提出新能源专业“一中心、两建设、三保障”的“123”人才培养思路,从建设特色实践教学体系、优化“双师双能型”师资队伍、搭建校企综合实训服务保障平台、构建人才质量保障体系、完善学业导师保障制度建设等方面提出可行性建议,以期对新工科背景下高校应用型人才培养有所启发。

The main connotation of new engineering construction includes many aspects such as new concept of engineering education,new mode of talent cultivation,new structure of disciplines and specialties,new quality of education and teaching,and new system of classifi cation and development,which requires colleges and universities to make efforts to adapt to the new characteristics and build a talent cultivation structure system that meets the requirements of the development of the times.Based on the analysis of the current situation of applied talents cultivation at home and abroad,this paper discusses the role and significance of applied talents cultivation under the background of new engineering,and proposes the“123”talents cultivation idea of“one center,two constructions and three guarantees”for new energy majors.It also puts forward feasible suggestions in terms of construction of characteristic practical teaching system,optimization of“two roles and double-competent”teacher team,construction of comprehensive practical training service guarantee platform for school and enterprises,construction of talent quality guarantee system,and improvement of academic tutor guarantee system construction,in order to inspire the cultivation of applied talents in colleges and universities under the background of new engineering.
