Developing Large-Scale Deep Sea Aquaculture:Problems,Modes and Realization Ways

发展深远海养殖是事关粮食安全的战略问题,是一项为未来创造希望的事业。大规模深远海养殖技术是一项将海工技术服务于深远海养殖的技术,使得海工技术实现了一种跨领域的发展。本文扼要介绍了该技术的核心思想,着重系统地论述了这项技术的应用体系,提出了一种离岸隔离海洋灾害的防御新理念;提出了深远海养殖的目标应当是要为人类创造一种生活必需品,而不是一种生活奢侈品的观点;提出了建设海上防护基础设施作为一种新型大型公共基础设施的理念、基于大规模工业化生产的现代化大规模养殖方式,并提出了大规模深远海养殖的新模式。本文可以为政府相关部门决策研究提供参考,为地方养殖企业、渔业科技人员和渔业养殖人员的工作提供参考。

Developing deep sea aquaculture concerns the strategic problem of food safety and is a career making hope for the future.Large-scale deep sea aquaculture is a technology that brings the service of marine engineering technology to deep sea aquaculture,obtaining cross-disciplinary development of marine engineering technology.The core philosophy was introduced in this paper,and its systematic applications were discussed.A new defence philosophy was proposed,isolating aquaculture from the hazards in offshore conditions.Deep sea aquaculture shall aim to serve human beings with necessities rather than luxuries.Further,the philosophy of building sea defence infrastructure as a new large-scale public infrastructure,modern large-scale aquaculture based on large-scale industrial production,and a new mode of deep-sea aquaculture were proposed.This paper may be used as a reference for governments’decision-making and the work of local aquaculture enterprises and professionals.
