存量规划背景下山地城市道路建设存在问题及对策研究

Research on existing problems and countermeasures of road construction in mountain cities under background of stock planning

近年来,国内许多城市规划进程从增量规划转为存量规划,城市建设逐步由大规模扩张转为高质量发展。山地城市作为一种独特的城市类型,城市道路建设受地形高差起伏、空间布局狭窄、建设用地紧张等因素制约。如何盘活山地城市存量用地,促进城市道路高质量发展,成为山地城市交通建设的一大难题。本文以重庆市中心城区为例,基于城市道路建设现状,剖析存在的主要问题,提出城市道路高质量发展对策,以期为同类山地城市道路建设项目提供参考。

In recent years,many domestic urban planning processes have changed from incremental planning to stock planning,and urban construction has gradually changed from large-scale expansion to high-quality development.As a unique city type,mountain city’s road construction is restricted by factors such as the fluctuation of terrain height difference,narrow spatial layout and tight construction land.How to revitalize the stock land in mountainous cities and promote the high-quality development of urban roads has become a major problem in the traffic construction of mountainous cities.Taking the central city of Chongqing as an example,based on the present situation of urban road construction,the main existing problems are analyzed,and the countermeasures for high-quality development of urban roads are put forward,which can provide references for similar road construction projects in mountainous cities.
