摘要
在城市更新过程中,许多老旧的历史建筑因土地用途改变进行异地迁移时,可采用高精度的PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)同步控制系统作为移位设备。但当建筑需要连续多向移位时,如何使移位过程更加连贯、经济,是一个值得深入研究的方向。本文以永春县华美楼整体平移工程为例,阐述了在连续顶升、平移、旋转的复杂工况下PLC同步控制系统的具体作业方法,并提出了移位过程常见问题和应对措施。在建筑整体性差、材料劣化严重的情况下,移位后没有新增影响结构安全的裂缝,按期完成预定目标。实践表明,PLC同步控制系统通过更换少量设备、调整相应参数,即可满足各种工况的不同需求,提高连续多向移位的连贯性和经济性,为类似工程积累了经验。
In the process of urban renewal,when many old historical buildings are relocated due to the change of land use,high-precision PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)synchronous control system can be used as the shifting equipment.However,when the building needs continuous multi-direction displacement,how to make the displacement process more coherent and economical is a direction worthy of in-depth study.Taking the overall translation project of Huamei Building in Yongchun County as an example,the specific operation method of PLC synchronous control system under the complex working conditions of continuous jacking,translation and rotation is elaborated,and the common problems and countermeasures of the shifting process are proposed.In the case of poor building integrity and serious deterioration of materials,no new cracks affecting the structural safety are added after the displacement,and the intended target is completed on schedule.The practice shows that the PLC synchronous control system can meet the different requirements of various working conditions by replacing a small amount of equipment and adjusting the corresponding parameters,and improve the continuity and economy of continuous multidirectional shifting,which has accumulated experience for similar projects.
