当前烧结(球团)烟气选择性催化还原脱硝工艺(SCR)需对烟气进行补热,本文结合某钢厂3个烧结车间SCR脱硝设备的生产情况,对目前市场上常见的3种补热热风炉形式进行了对比与分析,总结出了3种SCR热风炉炉型各自的性能特点和相适应的工艺条件及生产条件,可为给各大钢铁企业设备选型提供参考。

At present,selective catalytic reduction denitration process of sintering(pelletizing)flue gas needs to supplement the flue gas heat.Based on the production situation of SCR denitration equipment in 3 sintering workshops of a steel plant,3 types of hot-blast stoves commonly used in the market are compared and analyzed,and their respective performance characteristics,suitable process conditions and production conditions are summarized,which can provide reference for equipment selection in major steel enterprises.
