摘要 Hyperuricemia is a metabolic condition caused by unbalanced production or excretion of serum uric acid(SUA)in the human body.Dietary polyphenols are non-nutritive compounds with prophylactic activity, mainly found in vegetables, fruits and other foods and herbs.Polyphenols have antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antithrombotic and anticancer properties.Studies have shown that dietary polyphenols, such as phenolic acids and flavonoids have a significant effect on hyperuricemia.Unlike chemical drugs, dietary plant polyphenols have few side effects in the treatment of hyperuricemia. This review comprehensively discusses the dietary polyphenols in fruits, including phenolic acids, flavonoids, stilbene and lignans, and expounds their mechanism of action, which can provide a reference for the consumption of fruits in patients with hyperuricemia.
