濒危植物黑黄檀基因组微卫星序列特征分析

摘要 黑黄檀(Dalbergia fusca)是云南省濒危珍贵乡土树种,为分析其基因组中微卫星序列的特征,本研究通过Illumina高通量测序技术对黑黄檀全基因组进行测序,利用MISA软件进行分析。获得了12962个微卫星序列,共7种类型,其中以单核苷酸重复类型最多,其次是二核苷酸类型。在各种类型中,AT含量显著高于GC含量。微卫星长度主要在10~20 bp,且在不同重复类型中,二核苷酸和单核苷酸长度变化较大,分别有20和18种。本研究揭示了黑黄檀基因组SSR分布规律,为其SSR引物的筛选及其种质资源遗传多样性研究提供理论依据。 Da lbergia fusca is an endangered and rare native tree species in Yunnan Province.To analyze the characteristics of the microsatellite sequence in the genome of Dalbergia fusca,the whole genome of Dalbergia fusca was determined by Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology and analyzed by MISA software.A total of 12962 microsatellite sequences with 7 types were obtained.Among these repeat types,the single nucleotide repeat type occupied the highest proportion,followed by dinucleotide type,in all types,AT content was significantly higher than GC content.The length of microsatellites mainly distributed from 10~20 bp.Their length of dinucleotides and varied greatly in different repeat types,with 20 and 18 species,respectively.This study revealed the distribution pattern of SSR in the genome of Dalbergia fusca,and provided a theoretical basis for the screening of SSR primers and the genetic diversity of its germplasm resources.
