摘要
竹节参集北药人参滋补和南药三七活血化瘀的功效于一身,在土家族医药中被称为“草药之王”;随着人们对生活物质的要求越来越高,各种保健产品和医药用品不断开发和消耗,自然生长的药用植物竹节参呈现出供不应求的态势。而生物技术的进步对竹节参种质资源的开发利用、基因克隆及代谢调控的研究提供了新方法和新思路。本研究以近年来发表的竹节参繁殖生物学和分子生物学方面的科学论文为基础,对其进行归纳和总结,以期为竹节参的进一步研究提供参考依据。
Panax japonicus is known as the’King of Herbal Medicine’’in Tujia Medicine,which combines the effects of Panax ginseng tonic in north and Panax notoginseng activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in south.With the development and consumption of various health products and medical supplies,the natural-growing medicinal plant P.japonicus is in short supply.The progress of biotechnology provides new methods and new ideas for the exploitation and utilization of germplasm resources,gene cloning and metabolic regulation of P.japonicus.Based on the scientific papers published in recent years on the reproductive biology and molecular biology of P.japonicus,this review summarizes them in order to provide reference for the further research.
