摘要 针对大型风力发电机叶片应用拉挤片材的灌注生产过程,探究拉挤片材层间树脂填充的影响因素,从而提出一种更有利于拉挤片材层间树脂填充的灌注工艺。通过对拉挤片材的层间织物的规格、拉挤片材的结构外形、以及导流系统的铺设方案的对比试验,来确定拉挤片层间填充的影响机理。首先分析确定拉挤片材层间影响的几大因素,然后制定试验方案;通过对比试验的UT(无损检测)检测结果来确定拉挤片材层间的树脂填充性的影响机理。通过对拉挤片材的层间树脂填充性研究,为风力发电机叶片提供更可靠的灌注工艺方案。 Aiming at the pouring production process of pultruded sheets applied to large wind turbine blades,the influencing factors of interlayer infiltration of pultruded sheets are explored,and a pouring process more conducive to interlayer infiltration of pultruded sheets is proposed.The influence mechanism of interlayer infiltration of pultruded sheet is determined through the comparative tests of the specification of interlayer fabric of pultruded sheet,the processing form of pultruded sheet and the laying scheme of diversion system.Firstly,several factors affecting the interlayer of pultruded sheet are analyzed and determined,and then the test scheme is formulated;The influence mechanism of interlayer wettability of pultruded sheets was determined by comparing the UT test results.Through the research on the interlayer wettability of pultruded sheets of wind turbine blades,this analysis process can provide experimental reference for the design of more reliable pouring process scheme of wind turbine blades.
