摘要
低密度碳纤维复合材料内部含有大量微孔,具有突出的保温隔热性能,因此被广泛应用于光伏、冶炼、航天等行业。本文首先探讨多孔纤维类复合材料保温隔热机理,然后对三种常见低密度碳纤维复合材料的制备方法,比如树脂浸渍法、滤水成型法和碳气凝胶法进行相应介绍,并提出低密度碳纤维保温材料研究发展方向。
Low density carbon fiber composites contain a large number of micropores and have outstanding thermal insulation performance.Therefore,they are widely used in high-temperature equipment in photovoltaic,smelting,aerospace and other industries.In this paper,firstly,the thermal insulation mechanism of porous fiber composites is discussed,then three common preparation methods of low-density carbon fiber composites,such as resin impregnation method,water filtration molding method and carbon aerogel method,are introduced,and the research and development direction of low-density carbon fiber insulation materials is proposed.
