计算机辅助技术在RTM成型工艺中的应用

摘要 树脂基复合材料已成为四大材料体系之一。树脂传递模型传递成型(Resin Transfer Molding,RTM)工艺是一种高质量、高精度、低成本、绿色化的闭模成型工艺。随着工业信息化技术、数字化技术与工业生产的相融合,计算机辅助技术能够快速地模拟出树脂在预成型体中的浸润状态、充模时间、压力分布及缺陷等情况,为RTM优化流道设计、工艺参数提供了设计依据和设计参考,降低制造成本,提高生产效率。本文简要地介绍了计算机辅助技术适用于RTM仿真的数学模型,预成型坯的渗透率测量现状及基于PAM-RTM、RTM-Worx等RTM仿真软件的应用现状,最后提出计算机辅助技术在RTM成型工艺中进一步发展函待解决的问题。 Resin matrix composites have become one of the four major material systems.Resin Transfer Molding(RTM)molding process is a high-quality,high-precision,low-cost,green closed-mold molding process.With the integration of industrial information technology,digital technology and industrial production,computer-aided technology can quickly simulate the infiltration state,filling time,pressure distribution and defects of the resin in the preform,and optimize the flow path for RTM.Design and process parameters provide design basis and design reference,reduce manufacturing cost and improve production efficiency.The overview briefly introduces the mathematical model of computer-aided technology suitable for RTM simulation,the current status of permeability measurement of preforms and the application status of RTM simulation software based on PAM-RTM,RTM-Worx,etc.Finally,the application of computer-aided technology in RTM molding process is proposed.Issues to be addressed in the further development letter.
