硬斑病样基底细胞癌

Morpheaform basal cell carcinoma:a case report

报告硬斑病样基底细胞癌1例。患者女,47岁。左鼻背外侧斑疹10余年,溃疡及出血3个月。皮肤科检查可见左鼻背外侧象牙白色至淡黄色斑片,中央可见红斑及淡黄色痂。皮损组织病理:真皮内有嗜碱性肿瘤细胞团块,周边细胞栅栏状排列,并可见收缩间隙。诊断:硬斑病样基底细胞癌。

A case of morpheaform basal cell carcinoma is reported.A 47-year-old female complained of a patch on the upper part of the left nasolabial groove for more than 10 years,with ulceration and bleeding for 3 months.Physical examination showed ivory white to yellowish plaques on the left side of the nose with erythema and yellow crust in the center.Histopathological examination showed basophilic tumor cell masses in the dermis with palisading arrangement of peripheral cells,and artificial constriction clefts were observed.The diagnosis of morpheaform basal cell carcinoma was established.
