巴瑞替尼治疗重度斑秃

A case of severe alopecia areata treated with baricitinib

报告1例JAK抑制剂巴瑞替尼成功治疗重度斑秃。患者女,14岁,脱发1个月余,加重1周。皮肤科检查:头皮毛发脱落面积超过75%。皮肤镜下可见黄点征及黑点征,断发,短毳毛增多。予巴瑞替尼口服,每日4 mg,治疗3个月后,头皮毛发再生。

A case of severe alopecia areata(AA)treated with baricitinib,a Janus kinase(JAK)inhibitor,is reported.A 14-year-old girl complained of hair loss for more than 1 month with aggravation for 1 week.Physical examination revealed hair loss of more than 75%on the scalp.Dermoscopic observation showed yellow dots,black dots,broken hair,and short vellus hair.After 3-month oral administration of baricitinib at 4 mg daily,scalp hair regrowth was observed.
