The Ideological and Political Education Community

教育共同体是学校教职工共同的责任意识、参与意识、合作意识和归属意识的有机融合,其功能在于建构共同身份、发挥观念力量、激励联合行动和运用集体智慧,其典型类型有理解共同体、力量共同体、情感共同体和文化共同体。构建高校思想政治教育共同体的主要策略:联合行动,建构共享目标;共享价值观,包容差异性;开放理念,共担责任;建构对话平台,创建协商氛围;扩展生活,增强合作;增进互信,获取异议的收益。

The organic integration of the common sense of responsibility,participation,cooperation and belonging of the school staff of the education community can contribute to building a common identity,giving play to the power of ideas,encouraging joint action and using collective wisdom.Its typical types contain the understanding community,the power community,the emotional community and the cultural community.The main strategies for constructing the ideological and political education community for college students include building institutions on a common basis,preserving differences on a shared basis,sharing responsibilities on an open basis,deliberative democracy on the basis of dialogue,deepening cooperation on an expanded basis and gaining benefits on the basis of dissent.
