摘要 目的:优化党参抗氧化活性组分的提取工艺,并评价其抗氧化活性。方法:以党参为原料,ABTS自由基清除率为响应值,通过单因素实验和响应面试验优化党参抗氧化活性工艺条件,并追踪检测其活性成分——总黄酮的含量。结果:党参抗氧化活性最优工艺条件为料液比1∶30、乙醇浓度85%、提取温度90℃与提取时间70 min,其对ABTS自由基清除率可达(99.93±0.03)%,总黄酮得率也明显提高。结论:在最优工艺条件下党参抗氧化活性提取液对ABTS自由基、DPPH自由基、·O_(2)^(-)自由基均能展现优良的清除能力,表明该工艺能高度富集党参的抗氧化活性组分。 Objective:To optimize the extraction process of antioxidant active components from Codonopsis pilosula,and to evaluate its antioxidant activity.Methods:Codonopsis pilosula as raw material and ABTS free radical scavenging rate as response value,single factor experiment and response surface experiment were used to optimize the antioxidant activity conditions of Codonopsis pilosula,and the content of total flavonoids was detected.Results:The optimal extraction conditions were solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30,ethanol concentration of 85%,extraction temperature of 90℃ and extraction time of 70 min,and the scavenging rate of ABTS radical was(99.93±0.03)%.The yield of total flavonoids was also significantly increased.Conclusion:Under the optimal technological conditions,the extract of Codonopsis pilosula showed excellent scavenging ability on ABTS free radical and DPPH free radical and superoxide anion,which indicated that the antioxidant active components of Codonopsis pilosula could be highly enriched by this technology.
