京津冀一体化背景下天津市人工智能产业分析

The Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Industry in Tianjin Under the Background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration

当前京津冀协同发展已经成为推动区域经济联动发展和产业布局优化的国家重大战略,天津市以其地理和位置优势对如何实现人工智能产业的融合发展,打造未来人工智能产业经济圈具有重要的作用。通过体系化梳理人工智能产业,并按照基础层、技术层、应用层划分为三个层次。基于朴素贝叶斯分类器进行分类,在灰色关联分析法分析三层产业链与天津市产值关联度的基础上,从产业层次方面分析天津市现状,吸取国内外人工智能发展指标优秀的城市的经验,以天津市为例,在三个层次上提供可被其他城市复制的发展规划与对策。

At present,the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has become a major national strategy to promote the linkage development of regional economy and the optimization of industrial layout.With its geographical and location advantages,Tianjin plays an important role in how to realize the integrated development of artificial intelligence industry and build an artificial intelligence industrial economic circle in the future.This paper systematically combs the artificial intelligence industry,and is divided into three levels according to the basic layer,technology layer and application layer.Based on the classification of naive Bayesian classifier and the analysis of the correlation degree between the three-tier industrial chain and the output value of Tianjin by grey correlation analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of Tianjin from the industrial level,absorbs the experience of cities with excellent artificial intelligence development indicators at home and abroad,and takes Tianjin as an example to provide development plans and countermeasures that can be copied by other cities from the perspective of three levels.
