摘要
在固增水电站喷射混凝土施工过程中,为了能够降低因喷射混凝土回弹造成的材料浪费及清理工作,对影响喷射混凝土回弹的因素进行了分析并结合实际情况采取快速简单的方法对相关影响因素进行了控制,达到了降低喷射混凝土回弹率、节约施工成本的目的。所采取的控制手段控制效果明显,切实做到了降低喷射混凝土回弹率的目的,该控制方法具有很好的推广价值。
In order to reduce the material waste cleaning work caused by resilience of shotcrete in the construction process of shotcrete in Guzeng Hydropower Station,the factors affecting the resilience of shotcrete are analyzed and a effective and simple method is adopted to control the factors according based on the in-situ situation,so as to reduce the resilient rate of shotcrete and save the construction cost.Through the control means adopted,the resilient rate of shotcrete is effectively reduced,which proves that this method has the great value of promotion.
