巴莱水电站导流洞进口渐变段混凝土施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 马来西亚巴莱水电站导流洞工程包含2条长约1.2 km、直径12 m的马蹄形断面导流洞。每条导流洞的进水塔与洞身之间均设置了12 m长的渐变段连接。渐变段结构存在断面形状渐变和断面尺寸渐变等特点,其结构设计复杂,施工难度较大。阐述了采用木模板自制定型曲面模板、现场安装三角形平面模板和搭设满堂架管作为渐变段内表面模板及支撑体系、渐变段混凝土分为5个升层浇筑且主要采用混凝土泵泵送入仓的施工技术,使渐变段以2个月的工期完成了混凝土施工。 The diversion tunnels of Malaysia Baleh Hydroelectric Project mainly include two horse-shaped tunnels with a length of approximately12 km and a diameter of 12 m.A 12 m-long transition section is set between inlet tower and the tunnel.The transition section is structurally complicated and transitional both in size and shape,which causes difficulties in concrete construction.The inner surface formwork and supporting system is as following:shaped curved timber formwork was made at workshop,triangle plane formwork was erected at worksite and steel tube full hall formwork support scaffold was erected at worksite.The transition section concrete was placed in 5 lifts and mainly delivered by concrete pump to working lift.It took 2 months for the rapid concrete construction of inlet transition section.
