水电站发电厂房是将水能转化为电能的综合工程设施,其施工具有工作点面多、专业跨度大、组织协调难度高等特点。传统承包模式下的施工更多地是由业主承担组织协调责任;而EPC作为交钥匙工程,其施工过程中的组织协调则均由总承包部统筹规划负责,故对总承包单位的协调管理能力有较高的要求。阐述了EPC模式下水电站发电厂房施工组织协调的重要性,对如何进行有效的组织协调提出了几点建议,所取得的经验可供类似工程参考借鉴。

Power plant of hydropower project refers to a comprehensive engineering facility that converts water energy into electric energy.It is often characterized by multiple working points,multiple specialty involved and high difficulty in organization and coordination.Under the traditional contracting mode,the owner is usually responsible for organization and coordination;EPC,as a turnkey project,is under the overall planning responsibility of the General Contracting Department,which requires high management ability for the General Contractor.This paper expounds the importance of organization and coordination of power plant construction under EPC mode,and puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out effective organization and coordination,which can provide reference for similar projects.
