摘要
断路器液压机构是以液压油为传递介质,以氮气或弹簧为储能介质来完成分合闸操作的电气设备。液压机构压力异常,将会造成断路器拒分拒合。针对一起GIS断路器氮气储能的液压机构压力异常升高问题,通过分析其基本结构、工作原理和特点,认为打压电机的启停与液压油压力曲线信号应同源设计,加热器异常工作造成机构箱温度较高以及压力表故障或灵敏度误差较大、阻尼孔未剪除等因素都会造成压力表显示异常。目前,弹簧储能的液压机构已相对成熟,在实际运用中应多考虑选用弹簧储能机构。
The hydraulic mechanism of the circuit breaker uses hydraulic oil as the transmission medium and nitrogen or spring as the energy storage medium to complete the opening and closing operation.The abnormal pressure of the hydraulic mechanism will cause the breakdown of circuit breaker.In a case of the abnormal pressure rise of the hydraulic mechanism for nitrogen energy storage of GIS circuit breaker,based on the analysis of its basic structure,working principle and characteristics,it is considered that the start and stop of the pressurizing motor and the hydraulic oil pressure curve signal should be designed in the same way,the abnormal operation of the heater will cause the high temperature of the mechanism box,the pressure gauge fault or the large sensitivity error,and the damper hole is not cut,which will cause the abnormal display of the pressure gauge.The hydraulic mechanism of spring energy storage has been relatively mature.It is suggested to select spring energy storage mechanism in practice.
