International Industry-Education Integration based on Pilot Dual System in Vocational College--Take Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology as an Example

Under the guidance of national policy for vocational education of China,this essay discusses the globalization strategy of industry and education integration.Taking Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology as an example,this essay explores the localization of Germany-originated Dual System in China,discusses the introduction,localization and re-internationalization of good foreign education resources,puts forward measures for innovating the talent training mode to train personnel with high quality and comprehensive skills in vocational colleges which are expected to set examples for the vocational education on Maritime Silk Road.
