摘要
在海外中资企业对于高素质应用型技术人才需求不断增长的背景下,高职院校建设海外就业订单班,输送优质毕业生进入海外工作,极大提升了毕业生就业质量和高职院校海外影响力。当前海外就业订单班建设存在的困难和问题,从顶层设计、精准管理、方式创新、全员参与等角度研究海外就业订单班高质量发展的路径,为高职院校海外就业订单班建设提供可供借鉴的实施方式。
With the increasing demand for high-quality technical talents from overseas Chinese-funded enterprises,customized talent training classes are set up in higher vocational colleges with a view to promoting the employment quality of graduates and establish good reputation in overseas market.This essay analyzes the difficulties of the talent training for overseas enterprises,and discusses corresponding strategies and measures from the top-level design,precise management,teaching innovation,teaching staff,etc.
