摘要
阐述了智能船舶的分级,总结出智能船舶未来的发展趋势。从岗位能力、人才结构和新业态三个方面分析了智能船舶对船员职业影响,分析了智能船舶对航海人才需求,得出传统航海教育已经不能满足智能船舶发展需要的结论。从人才培养机制、培养目标、培养方案、课程体系和教师队伍等方面提出对高职航海类专业人才培养模式进行创新。
This paper explained the classification and development trend of intelligent ships in the future,analyzed the impact of intelligent ships on seafarers'careers from aspects of job capability,talent structure and new industry form,discussed the new professional requirements for navigational talents,and concluded that traditional navigation education could no longer meet the development needs of intelligent ships.Therefore,the paper puts forward some countermeasures for navigation talent training innovation in terms of training mechanism,training goal,training scheme,curriculum system,and teaching staff,etc.
